 The vertical is for plants with flows of 500,000 gpd +  and are designed in 30" and 60" water level versions.   Vertical units are customizable for existing channels and drop in retro fit systems are available for most existing vertical UV equipment. 

 Pre-fabricated stainless steel disinfection channels with transitions mount easily into most treatment plant configurations. 

 The primary benefit is low maintenance.  Since the UV lamps are in the air (not in quartz sleeves submerged in the effluent) and the wastewater is contained within the FEP tubes, you do not have to remove the modules for cleaning.   

 Our very first systems in 1965 were chambered style UV for clean water.   Our experience as a high purity metal fabricator and machine maker allowed us to re-configure stainless steel vessels that were being used for the NJ pharmaceutical manufacturing.
